Step 1
Put the
Griess (200 g)
,
Fond (500 mL)
, and
Whole Milk (300 mL)
in the porcelain dish and cover with cling film.
Step 2
Put the porcelain dish into the cold cooking space at level 2. Steam.
Step 3
Power-Steaming 100°C for 27 Mins
Step 4
Heat the
Butter (100 g)
in a saucepan until golden brown. Lightly crush the
Rosmarin (2 sprigs)
and add to the saucepan along with the
Knoblauch (2 cloves)
. Simmer over a medium heat.
Step 5
Before serving, pour the butter through a sieve into the polenta and incorporate the
Parmesan (80 g)
. Stir the polenta until thick and smooth. Season to taste with
Salt (to taste)
and
Pfeffer (to taste)
