Step 1
Gently melt the
Schokolade (125 g)
and
Butter (100 g)

Step 2
Cut the
Vanilla Bean Pod (1)
in half lengthwise and scrape out the vanilla seeds. Mix the vanilla seeds,

Granulated Sugar (80 g)

Salt (1 pinch)
until the mixture is very pale. Add the liquid chocolate/butter and mix together.
Step 3
Mix the
Baking Powder (2 g)
and
All-Purpose Flour (15 g)
together, add to the egg mixture and fold in. Turn the mixture into the prepared dish. Put the dish on to the wire shelf in the cold cooking space. Bake. Hot air 180 degrees C (355 degrees F) for 25 minutes.
Step 4
Beat the whites of the Egg (2 N/A) until stiff, sieve in the Powdered Confectioners Sugar (100 gram) and gently fold in the Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (25 gram).
Step 5
Spread the
Powdered Confectioners Sugar (100 g)
over the cake and spread the egg white mixture evenly on top. Continue to bake.
Step 6
Put the pastry in. Hot air 180 degrees C (355 degrees F) for 20 minutes.
Step 9
Take the cake out of the cooking space and allow to cool down before cutting it.
