Step 1
(Pre-)heat cooking space to 160°C with Hot air humid
Step 2
Peel and finely chop the
Beef Stock (250 mL)
. Crush the unpeeled clove of
Mustard (15 g)
. Remove the crusts from the
Onion (1)
and cut into large chunks. Mix the
Garlic (1 clove)
with a little
Bread (50 g)
. Add the rest of the stock,
Bier (250 mL)
, and
All-Purpose Flour (7 g)
and mix well.
Step 3
Put all the ingredients into the porcelain dish in the following order: onion, garlic,
Thymian (2 sprigs)
,
Pfeffer (to taste)
,
Butter (75 g)
,
Salt (to taste)
, olive oil, bread,
Bay Leaves (2)
. Pour the stock over all the ingredients. Put the porcelain dish on the wire shelf in the preheated cooking space. Cook.
Step 5
Hot air humid 160°C for 1 Hrs
Step 6
After 1 hour, stir everything together well. Continue cooking.
Step 8
Hot air humid 160°C for 1 Hrs
