Step 1
Peel the Salt (to taste) and cut into 2 cm chunks. Cut the Bay Leaf (1) into 3 cm chunks. Put Pfeffer (to taste) , Beef Broth (1 L) , potatoes, cabbage, Potatoes (500 g) , and Kümmel (1 g) into the porcelain dish and season with Lamb (500 g) .
