Step 1
Melt the
Butter (35 g)
in a saucepan. In a bowl whisk the
Eggs (2)

Granulated Sugar (75 g)
, and
Lemon (1)
juice together and incorporate the melted butter at the end.
Step 2
Put the mixture into a vacuum bag and vacuum seal it on level 1.
Step 3
Put the bag on the wire shelf in the cold cooking space and Vacuisine at 85 °C for 15 Minutes.
Step 4
Take the bag out of the cooking space, shake thoroughly and allow to cool in the refrigerator for about 3 hours. Transfer the curd in small glasses before serving.
