Step 1
(Pre-)heat cooking space to 160°C with Hot air humid
Step 2
Mash the
Granulated Sugar (115 g)
with a fork. Put the banana,
Bananas (300 g)
, and
Salt (3 g)
in a mixing bowl and mix well.
Step 3
Add the
Egg (1)
and work in the
All-Purpose Flour (275 g)
, stirring constantly. Mix the
Öl (70 g)
and
Baking Powder (10 g)
together and fold into the banana mixture. Turn the mixture into a lined cake tin. Place the cake tin on the wire shelf in the preheated cooking space. Bake.
Step 5
Hot air humid 160°C for 1 Hrs
Step 6
Turn the cake out of the tin and allow to cool.
