Step 1
Peel and quarter the
Potatoes (300 g)
and put into the plastic perforated cooking tray. Wash the
Cauliflower (300 g)
, divide into small florets and put in the cooking tray with the potatoes.

Place the cooking tray on the hardened glass dish in the cold cooking space. Steam.
Step 3
Power-Steaming 100°C for 16 Mins
Step 4
Cut the
Bacon (2 slices)
into thin strips and dry-fry in a frying pan. Peel and crush the
Garlic (1 clove)
. Finely chop the
Fresh Chives (3 g)

Step 5
Transfer the steamed potatoes and cauliflower to a bowl. Mash with a potato masher and mix in the Bacon, Garlic, Chives,
Butter (15 g)

Salt (to taste)
