Step 1
Peel and quarter the
Potatoes (600 g)
and put into the plastic perforated cooking tray.
Step 2
Place the cooking tray on the hardened glass dish in the cold cooking space. Steam.
Step 3
Power-Steaming 100°C for 16 Mins
Step 4
Peel and crush the
Garlic (1 clove)
. Peel and finely chop the
Onion (1/2)
. Pull the
Petersilie (1/2 bunch)
leaves off the stalks and chop finely.
Step 5
Transfer the steamed potatoes to a bowl. Mash with a potato masher and mix in the
Salt (to taste)

Joghurt (150 g)

Butter (45 g)
and
Mayonnaise (30 g)
. Season with
Buttermilk (30 mL)
