Step 1
Season the
Pfeffer (to taste)
and place in the porcelain dish.
Step 2
(Pre-)heat cooking space to 200°C with Hot air + steaming
Step 3
Peel the
Onions (2)

Potatoes (8)
,
Celery Root (1)
and
Carrots (4)
. Cut the carrots and celeriac into 2 centimeter cubes. Quarter the onions. Scatter the vegetables and potatoes around the chicken. Season with
Salt (to taste)
and
Pfeffer (to taste)
Step 4
Pour the
White Wine (200 mL)
over the vegetables.
Step 5
Put the porcelain dish into the preheated cooking space. Bake.
Step 7
Hot air + steaming 200°C for 45 Mins
Step 8
If the chicken weighs more than 1.5 kg, the cooking time is extended by 15 minutes.
