Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Cut off the Datteln (3) peel and pith. Thinly slice the oranges and Orangenschale (4) . Cut the den Feigen (2) into strips.
Step 2
Arrange alternative layers of overlapping orange, fig and date in the greased porcelain dish.
Step 3
Mix the Orange Syrup (30 mL) , Grand Marnier (30 mL) and Vanilla Bean Paste (6 g) together well and drizzle over the orange salad.
Step 4
Crumble the Almond Macarons (30 g) . Cut the Butter (25 g) into small cubes.
Step 5
Put the macaroons, Granulated Sugar (25 g) and All-Purpose Flour (15 g) in a mixing bowl and rub in the butter. Sprinkle the streusel over the orange salad.
Step 6
Put the porcelain dish on the wire shelf in the cold cooking space. Cook.
Step 7
Hot air humid 230°C for 15 Mins
Step 8
Arrange the warm orange salad on the plates and scatter over the Ice Cream (360 g) . Serve with a scoop of Pistazien (to taste) .
