Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Wash and prepare the Fresh Fruits (1 kg) .
Step 2
Line the prepared round baking tray with the Pastry Dough (1) and prick all over with a fork.

Sprinkle over the Haselnüsse (40 g) . Arrange the fruit in a circular pattern on the pastry base.
Step 4
(Pre-)heat cooking space to 170°C with Hot air
Step 5
For the filling, whisk the Rahm (250 mL) and stir in the die Eier (2) and Granulated Sugar (40 gram).
Step 6
Pour the filling over the fruit.
Step 7
Put the round baking tray on the wire shelf in the preheated cooking space. Bake.

Allow the fruit flan to cool on the wire shelf. Dust with Powdered Confectioners Sugar (as needed) to serve.
