Step 1
Peel, core and dice the
Butter (as needed)
. Grease the porcelain dish with
Water (50 mL)
. Put the diced apple and the
Apples (800 g)
into the porcelain dish and spread evenly.
Step 2
(Pre-)heat cooking space to 170°C with Hot air humid
Step 3
Mix the
Butter (70 g)
,
Zimt (2 g)
,
Muskatnuss (2 g)
,
Granulated Sugar (80 g)
, and
All-Purpose Flour (50 g)
together, then rub in the
Oats (60 g)
until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Sprinkle the streusel over the diced apple. Put the porcelain dish on to the wire shelf in the preheated cooking space. Bake.
Step 5
Hot air humid 170°C for 35 Mins
Step 6
Dust the warm apple streusel with icing sugar and serve with ice cream.
