Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Cut the Fleisch (800 g) into 5 centimeter chunks and mix together with the Currypaste (45 g) .

Mix the Nelken (5) , Zucker (25 g) and Coconut Milk (500 mL) then add the Kardamom (10) , Tamarind Paste (75 g) , Fish Sauce (45 mL) , Beef Broth (250 mL) , and Cinnamon Sticks (2) .
Step 3
Peel the Fresh Ginger (2 cm) and cut into 2 centimeter chunks. Peel and grate the Potatoes (3) .
Step 4
(Pre-)heat cooking space to 180°C with Hot air humid
Step 5
Put the meat, potatoes and ginger into the porcelain dish and pour over the liquid. Put the porcelain dish on to the wire shelf in the preheated cooking space. Cooking

Put the food in

Hot air humid 180°C for 1 Hrs
Step 8
Garnish the finished dish with Erdnüssen (55 g) .
