Step 1
(Pre-)heat cooking space to 200°C with Hot air + steaming
Step 2
Wash the
Olive Oil (30 mL)
and cut in half lengthways. Crush the
Potatoes (1 kg)
. Chop the
Petersilie (1/4 bunch)
. Mix all the ingredients together with
Garlic (4 cloves)
. Arrange the potatoes on the baking tray cut-side down. Put the tray into the preheated cooking space at level 1. Bake.
Step 4
Hot air + steaming 200°C for 15 Mins
Step 5
Score the skin of the
Entenbrüste (4)
in a criss-cross pattern. Season the duck breasts with
Salt (to taste)
and
Pfeffer (to taste)
and place on the wire shelf. Put the wire shelf at level 2 in the cooking space at the same time as the potatoes.
Step 7
Hot air + steaming 200°C for 15 Mins
Step 8
Open the appliance door and allow the duck breasts to rest for 10 minutes.
Step 9
Soak the
Pilze (30 g)
in warm water until soft, then halve and wash them well.
Step 10
Sauté the morels in a pan with a knob of
Pfeffer (to taste)
and season with
Salt (to taste)
and
Butter (15 g)
. Serve with the duck breasts.
