Step 1
(Pre-)heat cooking space to 230°C with Grill-forced convection

Place the
Toasts (6 slices)

Mix the

Mango Chutney (30 g)
together.

Fry the
Spiegeleier (2)
in the frying pan.

Wash and slice the

. Cut the
Avocado (1/2)
into strips.

Make two sandwiches with the ingredients in this order: slice of toast,
Salatblatt (4 sheets)
, two prawns, slice of toast, aioli, avocado, bacon, tomato, fried egg and slice of toast.
Step 11
Skewer each sandwich with four wooden skewers – one in each corner – and cut into four quarters.
Step 12
Serve the sandwiches with
