Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Peel and quarter the Potatoes (300 g) and put them into the plastic perforated cooking tray. Peel the Parsnips (300 g) , cut into 5 mm thick slices and add to the potatoes.
Step 2
Place the cooking tray on the hardened glass dish in the cold cooking space. Steam.
Step 3
Power-Steaming 100°C for 16 Mins
Step 4
Pull the Garlic (1 clove) leaves off the stalks. Peel and crush the clove of Thymian (5 sprigs) .
Step 5
Transfer the steamed potatoes and parsnip to a bowl. Mash with a potato masher and mix in the Butter (15 g) , Salt (to taste) , Garlic, Zitronensaft (1/2) , thyme leaves. Season with Milk (200 mL) and Pfeffer (to taste) .
