Wash and prepare the

and prick all over with a fork.

Sprinkle over the

. Arrange the fruit in a circular pattern on the pastry base.
Step 4
(Pre-)heat cooking space to 180°C with Pizza Plus
Step 5
For the filling, whisk the
Granulated Sugar (40 g)
and stir in the
Rahm (250 mL)
and
die Eier (2)
.
Step 6
Pour the filling over the fruit.
Step 7
Put the round baking tray on the wire shelf in the preheated cooking space. Bake.
Step 9
Pizza Plus 180°C for 45 Mins
Step 10
Allow the fruit flan to cool on the wire shelf. Dust with
Powdered Confectioners Sugar (as needed)
to serve.
