Step 1
Clean the
Muscheln (1.5 kg)
well and remove any beards. Peel and finely chop the
Onion (1)
. Wash and finely chop the
Petersilie (100 g)

(Pre-)heat cooking space to 150°C with Hot air + steaming
Step 3
Put the mussels, together with the
White Wine (200 mL)
and chopped onion, on a baking tray. Put the baking tray into the preheated cooking space. Cook.
Step 5
Hot air + steaming 150°C for 4 Mins 30 Secs
Step 6
Arrange the cooked mussels in a dish and garnish with the chopped parsley.
