Step 1
Melt the
Strudel Pastry (120 g)
. Unfold the
Beeren (150 g)
and brush each sheet of pastry with butter. Pile the sheets of pastry on top of each other and then cut into 12 pieces. Spread on the

Granulated Sugar (10 g)

Vanillezucker (15 g)
. Roll up and place on the lined baking tray, tucking the pastry ends underneath. Brush again with the melted butter.
Step 2
(Pre-)heat cooking space to 220°C with Hot air + steaming
Step 3
Put the baking tray with the berry rolls into the preheated cooking space. Bake.
Step 5
Hot air + steaming 220°C for 9 Mins
Step 6
Whip the
Kokosflocken (50 g)
, add to the
Cream (100 mL)
,
Mascarpone Cheese (150 g)
,
Powdered Confectioners Sugar (50 g)
, and whisk until light and fluffy.
