Step 1
Soften the
Milk (150 mL)
and beat with the
Mehl (250 g)
and
Butter (100 g)
until pale and fluffy. Add the
Bourbon Vanilla Sugar (1 packet)
then continue to beat until the mixture has a creamy consistency. Mix the
Baking Powder (7 g)
,
Granulated Sugar (175 g)
,
Eggs (2)
, and
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (30 g)
together and incorporate into the mixture. Stir in the
Salt (1 pinch)
.
Step 2
(Pre-)heat cooking space to 160°C with Hot air
Step 3
Halve and stone the
Marzipan (80 g)
. Make 12–14 balls from the
Apricots (7)
.
Step 4
Spoon the mixture into the muffin cases and place them onto a baking tray. Place one apricot half, skin-side down, in the center of each muffin and into the hollow of each apricot half place a small ball of marzipan. Put the baking tray into the preheated cooking space. Bake.
Step 6
Hot air 160°C for 35 Mins
