Step 1
Wash, peel and grate the
Onion (1)

. Finely chop the onion and crush the clove of garlic. Wash the

Fresh Chives (1 bunch)
. Pull the parsley leaves off the stalks and chop both finely.

Mix
Breadcrumbs (9 g)

Hackfleisch (600 g)
, vegetables, herbs,
Veal Sausages (100 g)

Griess (40 g)
,
Capers (8 g)
Salt (10 g)

Pfeffer (to taste)

Majoran (to taste)
, and
Rosmarin (to taste)
for the meat loaf together well and season generously. Shape the mixture into a long loaf. Put the meat loaf into the greased porcelain dish and smooth the top using a little water.
Step 3
Mix the
Breadcrumbs (55 g)
and
Olive Oil (40 mL)
, spread the mixture evenly over the meat loaf and press down firmly. Put the dish on the wire shelf in the cold cooking space. Bake.
Step 4
Top/bottom heat damp 200°C for 1 Hrs
