Step 1
Peel the
Garlic (1 clove)
and
Red Onion (1)
, then cut into strips.
Step 2
Slice the
Shiitake Mushrooms (50 g)
. Halve and deseed the
Spring Onions (3)
and cut the
Red Chili Pepper (1)
into 3-cm long pieces.
Step 3
Cut the
White Cabbage (100 g)
into strips. Thinly slice the
Water Chestnuts (30 g)
and mix together with the
Frozen Green Peas (100 g)
.
Step 4
Heat up the wok, add the
Peanut Oil (to taste)
to the wok and briefly sear the
Shrimp (12)
. Remove the shrimps from the wok and put to one side.
Step 5
Put the Garlic, Spring Onion, and Red Onion in the wok and sear for 5 minutes, then add the vegetables and sear on all sides. The vegetables should be soft after about 2 minutes.
Step 6
Add the shrimps and season with
Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
.
Step 7
Add the
Soy Sauce (30 g)
and stir. Pour in the
Sesame Oil (20 g)
and sear for another 30 seconds. Remove the wok from the heat, scatter over the
Sesame Seeds (10 g)
