Step 1
Put the empty baking tray into the cold cooking space. Preheat.
Step 2
(Pre-)heat cooking space to 180°C with Pizza Plus
Step 3
Wash, peel, halve and core the
Pears (3)
. Using a knife, make 1 centimeter deep cuts into the rounded side of the pear.
Step 4
Place the
Mürbeteig (1)
in the round baking tray and prick with a fork. Arrange the pears over the pastry base cut-side down in a star shape.
Step 5
In a big bowl, mix the
Mandeln (125 g)
and
Granulated Sugar (125 g)
together. Add the
Cream (100 mL)
,
Baking Powder (5 g)
, and
Eggs (3)
. Stir everything together well.
Step 6
Pour the mixture over the pears. Put the round baking tray on to the hot baking tray in the preheated cooking space. Bake.
Step 8
Pizza Plus 180°C for 35 Mins
