Step 1
Melt the
Butter (25 g)
in a pan. Shoot in the
All-Purpose Flour (25 g)
and stir until a roux forms. Add the
Milk (250 mL)
and stir the mixture as it comes to the boil. Cook the béchamel sauce over low heat for 20 minutes. Season with
Salt (to taste)

Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
, and
Ground Nutmeg (to taste)
.
Step 2
Preheat cooking space to 200 °C Hot air humid.
Step 3
Arrange 4 slices of
Bread (8 slices)
on the baking tray. Spread 1–2 tablespoon béchamel sauce on each slice. Cover with a slice of
Deli Ham (4 slices)
and another slice of toasting bread. To finish, spread 1–2 tablespoon béchamel sauce on top and sprinkle over
Gruyère Cheese (100 g)
.
Step 4
Put the baking tray into the preheated cooking space. Bake.
Step 6
bake at 200 °C Hot air humid for 12 Minutes.
