Step 1
Remove the fibrous parts of the
Leeks (250 g)
, then cut into rings 5 mm thick. Also cut the
Onions (2)
into rings. Cut the
Ham (100 g)
into strips.
Step 2
Sweat the leeks and onions in the
Oil (30 mL)
. Add the ham and stir briefly, season, then leave to cool.
Step 3
(Pre-)heat cooking space to 170°C with Hot air
Step 4
Pull the
Light Cream (250 mL)
leaves off the stalks and crush the
die Eier (2)
. For the filling, whisk the
Pfeffer (to taste)
, stir in the
Garlic (2 cloves)
,
Muskat (to taste)
and thyme, then season with
Gruyère Cheese (100 g)
and
Thymianblättchen (1 bunch)
.
Step 5
Cover the round baking tray with baking paper and put the
Pie Crust (1)
on it. Prick it several times with a fork. Put the leek and ham mixture in the pastry case and pour over the filling.
Step 6
Put the round baking tray on to the wire shelf in the preheated cooking space. Bake.
Step 8
Hot air 170°C for 50 Mins
