Step 1
Strip off the leaves from
Fleur de Sel (to taste)
and
Olive Oil (30 mL)
, then chop them finely. Brush one sheet of
Puff Pastry (2 Rollen)
with water, then lay the second sheet of puff pastry on top of it. Brush the top sheet of puff pastry with
Parmesan Cheese (30 g)
and sprinkle over the herbs,
Thymianblättchen (2 sprigs)
, and
Oregano- (2 sprigs)
.
Step 2
Cut the puff pastry into 1 cm wide strips. Gently twist the strips of puff pastry and place on two lined baking sheets.
Step 3
Put the baking trays into the cold cooking space. Bake.
Step 4
Professional baking puff pastry 200°C for 30 Mins
