Step 1
Peel and quarter the
Potatoes (450 g)
and put into the plastic perforated cooking tray.

Power-Steaming 100°C for 5 Mins

Cut the
Spring Onions (60 g)
into thin rings. Grate the
Horseradish (15 g)

Step 9
Cut the steamed curly kale into fine strips. Transfer the steamed potatoes to a bowl. Mash with a potato masher and mix in the curly kale, spring onions and
Salt (to taste)
. Season with
