Step 1
Peel and quarter the
Potatoes (250 g)
and put into the plastic perforated cooking tray. Wash the
Cauliflower (350 g)
, divide into small florets and put in the cooking tray with the potatoes and the
Knoblauch (5 cloves)
.
Step 2
Place the cooking tray on the hardened glass dish in the cold cooking space. Steam.
Step 3
Power-Steaming 100°C for 16 Mins
Step 4
Finely chop the
Fresh Chives (3 g)
.
Step 5
Transfer the steamed potatoes and cauliflower to a bowl. Put the steamed garlic aside. Mash with a potato masher and mix in the
Butter (20 g)
and chives. Season with
Salt (to taste)
and
Pfeffer (to taste)
.
Step 6
Lightly crush the steamed garlic, sauté in
Olive Oil (30 mL)
until golden brown and add to the mashed potato.
