Step 1
After removing the outer leaves, cut the
Chicory (3)
into quarters or eighths lengthways. Cut the
Gorgonzola Cheese (150 g)
in half. Crumble the
Tomaten (50 g)
or cut it into small cubes.

(Pre-)heat cooking space to 180°C with Pizza Plus
Step 3
Chop the
Petersilie (1/2 bunch)
. For the filling, whisk the
Egg (1)
, stir in the
Rahm (100 mL)
and parsley, then season with
Salt (to taste)
and
Pfeffer (to taste)
.
Step 4
Cover the round baking tray with baking paper and put the
Pie Crust (1)
on it. Prick it several times with a fork. Set the chicories in the pastry case, in a shape resembling the spokes of a bicycle wheel, place the cherry tomatoes and Gorgonzola between the chicory pieces, then pour over the filling.
Step 5
Put the round baking tray on to the wire shelf in the preheated cooking space. Bake.
