Step 1
Slice the
Brown Button Mushroom (500 g)
, Peel and coarsely grate the
Carrots (2)
. Crumble the
Roquefort Blue Cheese (120 g)

(Pre-)heat cooking space to 180°C with Pizza Plus
Step 3
Pull the
Thymiannadeln (1 bunch)
leaves off the stalks. For the filling, whisk the

, stir in the
Rahm (100 mL)
and thyme, then season with
Salt (to taste)
and
Pfeffer (to taste)
to taste.
Step 4
Cover the round baking tray with baking paper and put the
Pie Crust (1)
on it. Prick it several times with a fork. Set the champignons, carrots and Roquefort in the pastry case and pour over the filling.
Step 5
Put the round baking tray on to the wire shelf in the preheated cooking space. Bake.

Pizza Plus 180°C for 45 Mins
