Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Slice the Brown Button Mushroom (500 g) , Peel and coarsely grate the Carrots (2) . Crumble the Roquefort Blue Cheese (120 g) .

(Pre-)heat cooking space to 180°C with Pizza Plus
Step 3
Pull the Thymiannadeln (1 bunch) leaves off the stalks. For the filling, whisk the das Ei (1) , stir in the Rahm (100 mL) and thyme, then season with Salt (to taste) and Pfeffer (to taste) to taste.
