Cooking Instructions

(Pre-)heat cooking space to 150°C with Hot air
Step 2
Mix Cayennepfeffer (1 dash) , Orangenabrieb (1/2) , Salt (6 g) , Haselnüsse (100 g) , Kurkuma (2 g) , and Cashew Nuts (100 g) together. Add the Mandeln (100 g) , Olive Oil (30 mL) , Curry (6 g) and mix together well so that all the nuts are covered with a fine layer of spice.
Step 3
Spread the nuts out evenly on a lined baking tray.
Step 4
Put the tray into the preheated cooking space. Roast.

Put the food in

Leave the nuts to cool down.
