Step 1
Top, tail and peel the
Thymian (3 g)
, then cut into fine strips. Thinly slice the
Maisgriess (300 g)
, add to the cooking tray with the leek,
Bouillon (900 mL)
, and
Knackwurst (200 g)
and stir to combine. Add the
Leeks (200 g)
. Steam.
Step 2
Steaming 100°C for 25 Mins.
Step 3
Take the cooking tray out of the cooking space and sprinkle the
Käse (100 g)
over the top. Continue to steam.
Step 5
Steaming 100°C for 15 Mins.
