Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Peel and quarter the Potatoes (600 g) and put into the plastic perforated cooking tray.
Step 2
Place the cooking tray on the hardened glass dish in the cold cooking space. Steam.
Step 3
Power-Steaming 100°C for 16 Mins
Step 4
Pull the Basilikumblätter (1 bunch) leaves off the stems and chop finely. Peel and crush the Garlic (1 clove) .
Step 5
Transfer the steamed potatoes to a bowl. Mash with a potato masher and mix in the other ingredients and Salt (to taste) . Season with Parmesan Cheese (100 g) .
