Step 1
Wash and peel the
Potatoes (800 g)

Put the chips into a bowl, toss in
Pfeffer (to taste)
and season with
Olive Oil (45 mL)

(Pre-)heat cooking space to 200°C with Hot air + steaming
Step 4
Place the chips next to each on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Step 5
Put the stainless steel tray at levels 1+3 in the preheated cooking space. Bake.
Step 7
Hot air + steaming 200°C for 30 Mins
