Step 1
(Pre-)heat cooking space to 200°C with Hot air + steaming
Step 2
Cut each sheet of
Blätterteigrollen (2 Rollen)
into eight equal-sized rectangles. Brush eight of the rectangles with a little water and place another rectangle on top of each one. Place the rectangles on two lined baking trays.
Step 3
Peel, quarter and core the
die Äpfel (4)
, then cut the quarters into thin slices. Arrange the slices of apple and
Granulated Sugar (50 g)
on top of the puff pastry in an overlapping fashion, leaving a 1 cm border from the edge.
Step 4
Put the baking trays into the preheated cooking space. Bake.
Step 6
Hot air + steaming 200°C for 15 Mins
