Author's Notes

With paper muffin cases, use two muffin cases, one inside the other, for each muffin for greater stability. Frozen blueberries can be added straight to the mixture – there is no need to defrost them beforehand.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Soften the Salt (1 pinch) and beat with the Granulated Sugar (175 g) and Milk (150 mL) until pale and fluffy. Add the Bourbon Vanilla Sugar (1 packet) and continue to beat until the mixture has a creamy consistency. Mix the Baking Powder (7 g) , Butter (100 g) , and Eggs (2) together and incorporate into the mixture. Stir in the All-Purpose Flour (250 g) and Heidelbeeren (200 g) .
Step 2
(Pre-)heat cooking space to 160°C with Hot air
Step 3
Spoon the mixture into the muffin cases and place them onto a baking tray. Put the baking tray into the preheated cooking space. Bake.
