Step 1
Soften the
Salt (1 pinch)
and beat with the
Granulated Sugar (175 g)
and
Milk (150 mL)
until pale and fluffy. Add the
Bourbon Vanilla Sugar (1 packet)
and continue to beat until the mixture has a creamy consistency. Mix the
Heidelbeeren (200 g)
,
Butter (100 g)
, and
Eggs (2)
together and incorporate into the mixture. Stir in the
All-Purpose Flour (250 g)
and
Baking Powder (7 g)
.
Step 2
(Pre-)heat cooking space to 160°C with Hot air
Step 3
Spoon the mixture into the muffin cases and place them onto a baking tray. Put the baking tray into the preheated cooking space. Bake.
Step 5
Hot air 160°C for 35 Mins
