Step 1
Put the
Water (300 mL)
,
All-Purpose Flour (500 g)
, and
Öl (30 mL)
in a mixing bowl and mix on the lowest setting for 2 minutes. Add the
Salt (10 g)
and mix for another 4 minutes. Add the
Instant Dry Yeast (1/2 packet)
and mix for 4 minutes. Knead the dough on the highest setting for 5 minutes. Then place the dough in a mixing bowl, put it in the cooking space and allow to proof until double in volume.

Professional baking plaited bread 32°C for 1 Hrs
Step 4
(Pre-)heat cooking space to 230°C with Hot air
Step 5
Divide the dough into 10 pieces (approx. 80 g per piece). Shape each piece into a ball, roll out to a thickness of approx. 5 mm with a rolling pin, then leave to rest for 15 minutes. Bake.
Step 6
Put the pastry in.
Step 7
Hot air 230°C for 7 Mins 30 Secs
Step 8
After baking, cut open the pitta bread and stuff with a filling of your choice.
