Author's Notes

Tip: Perfume the rice with an aroma such as lemon grass, ginger, kaffir lime leaves or garlic.

Cooking Instructions

HIDE IMAGES
Step 1
Put the White Rice (185 g) in a sieve and wash well until the water runs clear.
Step 2
Transfer the rice to the porcelain dish and add the same amount of Water (240 mL) as rice. Season with Salt (to taste) .
Step 3
Put the porcelain dish on to the wire shelf in the cold cooking space.
Step 4
Steam the rice for 25 Minutes at 100 °C Steaming.
