Step 1
Soften the
Eggs (2)
and beat with the
Mehl (150 g)

Carrots (100 g)
until pale and fluffy. Add the
Bourbon Vanilla Sugar (1 packet)
and continue to beat until the mixture has a creamy consistency. Mix the
Butter (100 g)

Baking Powder (7 g)
,
Yogurt (100 g)
, and
Mandeln (250 g)
together and incorporate into the mixture. Stir in the
Granulated Sugar (175 g)
and
Salt (1 pinch)
.
Step 2
(Pre-)heat cooking space to 160°C with Hot air
Step 3
Spoon the mixture into the muffin cases. Top each muffin with a
Marzipan Carrots (14 pieces)
. Put the muffins on the baking tray. Put the baking tray into the preheated cooking space. Bake.
Step 5
Hot air 160°C for 35 Mins
