Step 1
Grease the bottom and sides of the springform tin with
Butter (as needed)

Step 2
(Pre-)heat cooking space to 160°C with Hot air
Step 3
Combine the
Baking Soda (7 g)
,
Salt (1 pinch)
,
Rahm (300 mL)
,
Granulated Sugar (200 g)
, and
Pear Syrup (140 g)
in a mixing bowl. Mix the
Gingerbread Spice (20 g)
,
Yogurt (300 g)
, and
Mehl (500 g)
together, add to the yogurt mixture spoonful by spoonful and stir well. Turn the mixture into the greased springform tin and smooth the top. Put the springform tin on the wire shelf in the preheated cooking space. Bake.
Step 5
Hot air 160°C for 1 Hrs
Step 6
Allow the gingerbread to cool. Serve with butter or whipped cream.
