Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Peel and quarter the Potatoes (300 g) and put into the plastic perforated cooking tray. Peel the Kürbis (300 g) , cut into large pieces and add to the potatoes.

Place the cooking tray on the hardened glass dish in the cold cooking space. Steam.

Power-Steaming 100°C for 16 Mins
Step 4
Pull the Rosmarinnadeln (1 sprig) needles from the sprig and chop finely.
Step 5
Transfer the steamed potatoes and pieces of pumpkin to a bowl. Mash with a potato masher and mix in the Pfeffer (to taste) , Butter (15 g) , rosemary, and Salt (to taste) . Season with Olive Oil (15 mL) .
