Step 1
Melt the
Butter (25 g)
in a small pan.
Step 2
Wash and slice the
Fresh Strawberries (50 g)
.
Step 3
Put each sheet of
Strudel Pastry (4 sheets)
on the work surface, cut into a square and brush with a thin layer of melted butter. Fold all four corners into the middle and arrange the strawberries in the centre.
Step 4
Put a scoop of
Vanilla Ice Cream (4 scoops)
on top of the strawberries and press the corners of the strudel pastry lightly together over the ice cream. Freeze the parcels for at least 2 hours.
Step 5
(Pre-)heat cooking space to 230°C with Hot air + steaming
Step 6
Put the ice-cream parcels on the hot tray in the preheated cooking space. Bake.
Step 8
Hot air + steaming 230°C for 3 Mins
Step 9
Dust the dessert with
Powdered Confectioners Sugar (to taste)
and serve immediately.
