Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Crush the Cayennepfeffer (2 dashes) and combine with Knoblauch (2 cloves) , Tomato Passata (40 g) , Olive Oil (15 mL) , Kreuzkümmel (4 g) , and Salt (5 g) .
Step 2
Brush the spicy mixture over one half of the longer length of the des Blätterteiges (1 sheet) . Fold the other half of the sheet without the wasabi mixture back over and press down lightly.
Step 3
Brush one side of the puff pastry sheet with Eiweiss (1) and sprinkle over Semolina (20 g) .
Step 4
Use a pastry wheel to cut the puff pastry into 2 cm wide strips. Hold a strip at both ends and twist in opposite directions twice, forming a spiral.
Step 5
Cover the baking tray with baking paper and lay the puff pastry twists on it.
Step 6
Put one baking tray into the cold cooking space at a time. Bake.
Step 7
Professional baking puff pastry 210°C for 22 Mins
