Cooking Instructions

Step 1
(Pre-)heat cooking space to 170°C with Hot air + steaming
Step 2
Discard the green leaves and place the Cauliflower (1) on a baking tray and into the preheated cooking space. Cook.
Step 3
Put the food in.
Step 4
Hot air + steaming 170°C for 40 Mins
Step 5
Melt the Butter (50 g) in a saucepan over a medium heat. Remove from the heat as soon as the butter turns brown.
Step 6
Take the cauliflower out of the cooking space and drizzle over the brown butter and sprinkle with the Fleur de Sel (to taste) .
