Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Peel and quarter the Potatoes (600 g) and put into the plastic perforated cooking tray.
Step 2
Place the cooking tray on the hardened glass dish in the cold cooking space. Steam.

Power-Steaming 100°C for 16 Mins
Step 4
Cut the Spring Onion (1) onion into thin rings.
Step 5
Transfer the steamed potatoes to a bowl. Mash with a potato masher and mix in the Spring Onions, Butter (30 g) , Cheddar Cheese (120 g) , and Cholula Pepper Sauce (15 mL) . Season with Salt (to taste) .
