Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
Step 2
First, wash the
Green Asparagus (750 g)
and the
White Asparagus (750 g)
then cut off the hard ends.
Step 3
Grease a rimmed baking tray with some
Butter (as needed)
.
Step 4
Place the asparagus and the halved
Tomatoes (200 g)
on the baking tray.
Step 5
Spread the rest of the
Butter (50 g)
in flakes over the vegetables.
Step 6
Cut the
Mozzarella Cheese Balls (150 g)
into small pieces and spread over the asparagus.
Step 7
Season the mixture with
Salt (to taste)
,
Pepper (to taste)
and
Paprika (to taste)
.
Step 8
Pour the
White Wine (100 mL)
and the
Vegetable Broth (400 mL)
over the vegetables and place the baking tray into the preheated oven.
Step 9
Bake for approximately 25 minutes — turning the asparagus 1-2 times with a fork during the baking process.
Step 10
At last garnish the asparagus with
Basil (1/2 bunch)
and chopped
Parsley (1/2 bunch)
