Step 1
Dissolve the
Fresh Yeast (15 g)
in
Water (260 mL)
in a large bowl. Add
Salt (10 g)
and
Olive Oil (30 mL)
and mix.
Step 2
Gradually stir in the
All-Purpose Flour (400 g)
and knead in the bowl or on the counter.
Step 3
The dough should be soft and sticky. If possible, do not add extra flour, as it makes the dough firmer and not more fluffy.
Step 4
Place the finished kneaded dough in a bowl lined with oil and leave to rise for 30 - 45 minutes.
Step 5
Brush with Olive Oil (1 tablespoon), make dents in the dough with your fingers and spread the Cherry Tomato (6 N/A) on top. Cover with Italian Herb Seasoning (0 to taste) of your liking.
Step 6
Then put it into an oil-coated mold of approx. 32x19 cm and pull it apart slightly to an even thickness. Be careful not to break the air bubbles.
Step 7
Let the dough rise again for 30 minutes.
Step 8
Place in the oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 20-30 minutes until the dough is golden brown.
Step 9
Let it cool down and enjoy fresh.
