Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Season the Beef (300 g) with Salt (to taste) and Pepper (to taste) knead well, divide the meat in half, and shape two burger patties.
Step 2
Wash the Tomato (1) , Onion (1) and Lettuce (2 sheets) and cut into thin slices.
Step 3
Prepare the sauce in a small bowl, mix together the Ketchup (10 g) , Mayonnaise (20 g) and Mustard (10 g) .
Step 4
Heat the Oil (as needed) in a hot pan and fry the patties on both sides until they are done.
Step 5
Place the Cheese (2 slices) on the warm patties to melt it.
Step 6
The burger can be build as you like. Start with the Hamburger Bottom (2) then the sauce, meat with cheese, onion, tomato, lettuce, sauce, and finally the top bun. However, this can be arranged individually according to your taste and preferences.
