Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 °C (355 °F) Oven Forced Convention. Grease the molds with
Butter (as needed)
and dust with
Flour (as needed)

Step 2
In a pot, melt the
Dark Chocolate (250 g)
with
Butter (175 g)
over low heat. Leave it aside to chill.
Step 3
Meanwhile, mix the
Eggs (5)
,
Flour (75 g)
,
Confectioners Sugar (125 g)
, and
Salt (1 pinch)
into a dough. Next, stir in the chocolate and butter mixture to make a creamy batter.
Step 4
Pour the batter into the molds, place the frozen
Schokolade (5 pieces)
in the center of it, and bake for about 15 minutes.
Step 5
Serve the cake while it's still warm, and garnish with some fresh
Fresh Raspberries (to taste)
